Professional Objective

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Lead to translate a 30-year legacy of artisanal jewelry craftsmanship into a sophisticated digital experience. This role requires a blend of high-level brand strategy and hands-on content production.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain the visual identity of all social media platforms to ensure alignment with Classic Diamond’s luxury standards.
  • Content Production: Concept, film, and edit high-quality vertical video (Reels, TikToks) that showcases our collections.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the daily content calendar from conceptualization through to distribution and community engagement.
  • Trend Analysis: Adapt global high-fashion and jewelry trends into sophisticated, localized digital narratives.
  • Organic Growth: Implement strategies to expand audience reach and engagement through high-quality storytelling rather than paid advertising.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide monthly analytical reports on engagement metrics to refine and optimize creative output.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or content strategy, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or art sectors (strongly preferred).
  • Technical Expertise: High proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, VN) and creative design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Production Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end video production, including filming, lighting, and stabilization.
  • Travel: Have a valid driving license and personal vehicle for travel between our Pulchowk and New Road locations (strongly preferred).
  • Communication: Professional fluency in both English and Nepali (written and spoken).

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Short-Form Mastery: Proven ability to concept, film, and edit engaging Reels and TikToks from start to finish.
  • Editing Software: Proficiency in CapCut or similar mobile editing apps, as well as basic graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Equipment: Comfortable using mobile stabilizers, lighting setups, and high-end smartphone cameras for professional-grade results.

  • Independent, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Deeply focused on audience retention, visual quality, and brand integrity.
