Role Summary

Client-facing showroom role centered on trust, service, and a refined presentation of diamond and gold collections.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Welcome clients and guide them through jewelry selections for weddings, gifting, and personal milestones.
• Product Expertise: Learn diamond quality (the 4Cs) and gold purity standards to provide confident, expert advice.
• Service Excellence: Support the sales process with patience, discretion, and a high standard of customer care.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an immaculate display and assist in arranging the showroom daily to reflect luxury standards.
• Sales Reporting: Use the billing system and MS Excel to record sales and maintain basic customer information.

Requirements

• Education: +2 completed in any faculty.
• Communication: Fluent in spoken Nepali with a good command of English.
• Aptitude: Friendly, patient, well-spoken, and comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Character: Strong punctuality, reliability, and high personal integrity.
• Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.
